The Position:

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources function of the company. Major responsibilities include:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Process payroll through outside vendor on a bi-weekly basis ensuring complete accuracy.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Address employee inquiries and concerns.
Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements.
Required Experience and Skills:

At minimum, an Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and at least three (3) years of experience working in in Human Resources role.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR/Labor laws.

Outstanding written, verbal skills and abilities at multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain effective working relationships.
