Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Administration/Total Rewards Manager. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization. Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion. Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and willingness to help all members of the department.

Experience with detail spreadsheets and data manipulation. Division ASP Customer Service experience. Responsible for switchboard coverage for the Division Office, providing administrative support and problem-solving assistance. Responsible for professional communications with our customers, vendors, executives, and associates. Coordinate switchboard coverage. Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. Maintain break room supplies and provide general assistance to staff. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
