As a senior care provider with 26 facilities in Oregon, California and Nevada, Marquis never closes. Our frail and vulnerable residents need care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. In this critical time, we're hiring temporary employees to help serve them and support our staff.

As a Hospitality Aide, you'll assist staff with maintaining daily operations within the facility. You'll provide residents with prompt, calm, caring and professional services that maximize their independence, choice, dignity, privacy and home-like environment. Hospitality Aides assist direct care staff, but are not permitted to perform any direct care (such as toileting, transferring, feeding, etc.) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer resident call lights and assist residents with basic, non-direct care requests Assist with resident meal service: menu selections, pass and fill water bottles and snacks, deliver and collect of meal trays. Assist with answering phones, making phone calls as directed Provide companionship and individual activities as directed Assist residents in connecting with family and friends via video, such as through Zoom and Facetime Light housekeeping/sanitizing of high-touch surfaces Make beds and organize resident rooms Deliver daily newspapers and resident mail Assist with resident laundry service Restock unit supplies Other duties as assigned
