Head Coach For Girls' Lacrosse

Choate Rosemary Hall is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of head coach for girls varsity lacrosse for the ******** season.Choate aspires to maintain a highly competitive girls varsity lacrosse team against traditional opponents in the context of an education-based athletics program. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ways in which inclusive and equitable practices inform their approach to coaching and team building within the lacrosse program. Candidates are expected to have demonstrated strengths in recruiting, player development, and program building. In addition to coaching responsibilities and team management, the head coach of girls varsity lacrosse assumes general oversight of sub-varsity teams and coordination of the girls lacrosse coaching staff and is responsible for recruiting suitable student-athletes and assisting in the college placement process.Choate prohibits in all its programs, including hiring and employment practices, discrimination against or harassment of any member or group based upon age, gender, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other category protected by Connecticut or federal law, except in the case of a bona fide occupational qualification.
