The Assembly and Test Technology Development ( ATTD ) group at Intel develops industry-leading microelectronic packaging technologies for Intel's Client and Data Center CPUs, Graphics and Networking products, and Intel Foundry Services customers.
As an intern in the ATTD Die Prep you will….
+ Conduct scientific research to enable manufacturing of innovative device architectures.
+ Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
+ Participate in process and equipment development from 10nm node and beyond.
Qualifications You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Requirements
+ Must be pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field of study.
+ Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by June 2025.
+ Experience in materials and characterization, hands-on lab/fab equipment experience, data analysis, design of experiment.
