We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.We're looking for aOperations System Specialistto join our Continuous Improvement team to help us build out the Warehouse Management processes withinKorber WMSand systems for our Vault. You'll report to the ContinuousImprovement Managerand work onsite from ourNew Castle, DEoffice. What You'll Do:Provide first and second-line support to the WMS users, identifying, reporting, or resolving technical issues as they arise.Monitor the WMS system, identifying any errors, bugs, or issues that arise and working to resolve them in a timely manner.Work collaboratively with the operations team, internal IT and external vendors to maintain and improve the WMS system, identifying potential enhancements or upgrades.Act as the first point of contact for all WMS-related queries, working with users to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Provide training and support to new WMS users, ensuring they are thoroughly familiar with the system's functionality.Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring that any changes or updates are fully documented and communicated to relevant parties.Actively participate in the UAT and implementation of new WMS system features and functionality, ensuring that any changes are thoroughly tested and communicated to stakeholders.Monitor the performance and availability of the WMS system, proactively identifying potential issues and working to mitigate any risks. Help drive system optimization and process efficiencies through product feature modifications and enhancements.Who You Are:2+ years of proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Software systemsMust have proven experience with WMS systems such asKorber\ High Jump, ideally gone through full implementation. Knowledge and or prior usage of common collaboration tools including but not limited to Lucidchart, Monday.com and reporting tools such as Lightdash. Understanding of warehouse management processes of inventory management and fulfillmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detailSalary Range:The salary range for this position is $57,000-$94,000.
