Financial Services Office, EY Comply, GIPS Senior Manager:  This position could be located in NC (primary), NY.

The opportunity
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the construction and maintenance of composites in StatPro, ensuring optimal performance and function. Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of composite membership and calculations. Utilize an understanding of various types of performance calculations and statistics to ensure accurate reporting. Interpret investment guidelines and translate these into composite construction rules. Research and resolve monthly performance outliers, collaborating with stakeholders where required. Prepare and review annual GIPS Composite Reports, ensuring all require data and analysis is effectively presented. Document all processes and ensure strict adherence to established GIPS policies and procedures. Provide support to the firm-wide verification process through compiling and providing necessary supporting documentation. Review all standard presentations or marketing materials where composite information is included, maintaining accuracy and relevance. Work closely with internal client-facing teams to address ad-hoc GIPS and composite data requests. Proactively drive improvements across various performance reporting processes, addressing inefficiencies and streamlining operations. Perform user acceptance testing and verification for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Conduct training and education sessions across the firm on GIPS compliance and requirements, fostering a culture of continual learning and professional development. Support outsourcing initiatives and vendor relationships, facilitating communication and cooperation to drive positive business outcomes. Position requires frequent interaction with Account Management related to composite design objectives and expectations; with Business Development related to composite selection, adaptation and presentation for specialized RFP's and RFI's; and with Technology related to data management and systems planning and testing. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial/investment industry. Solid understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and portfolio management processes. Ideal candidates will have experience working for an investment management firm in a similar capacity and familiar with fixed income instruments and strategies. It is preferred that the candidate has working knowledge of Archer and experience with Wrap Fee/Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business. Proficiency in performance measurement, attribution, and analytics systems (e.g., StatPro, Barclays POINT, FactSet, Morningstar Direct). Familiarity with various types of performance calculations and statistics. Exemplary problem-solving skills with an analytic mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. High-level organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proactive nature and a strong drive to improve work processes. Excellent ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) certifications would be highly advantageous. Experience in user acceptance testing would be a bonus. What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $129,000 to $294,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,800 to $335,000.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
