If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can't wait to meet you!What You Need:Certification as an equipment operator or qualified for certification.1 year work experience in at least one previous job6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.What You'll Do:Operates forklift and uses a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.Moves stock as assigned.Signs out forklift after completing a daily safety checklist.Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.Stacks product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.Loads and unloads trucksPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment.Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift – 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 70lbs occasionally.Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 130lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-50lbs continuously, 51-70lbs occasionally, and 71-130lbs as needed for battery changes.Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.Exposure to wide range of temperaturesAbility to successfully complete forklift certification processReading comprehension skills up to high school levelWriting skills up to high school levelMath skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtractionAttention to detail.Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment.Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.Ability to work independently or in a group environment.Ability to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demands.Ability to meet and maintain production standards.Ability to maintain reasonably reliable attendance.Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.Additional InformationWhy You Should ApplyPay starting at $19.50/hr with a $1.50 shift differentialBenefits start on DAY ONE - Medical/Prescription Drug plans, HSA, Vision, Dental and Health Care FSAPTO & sick days accrued annually + additional personal daysEncouraged continued education with our tuition reimbursement programExcellent opportunities for growth & advancementCasual dress codeSchedule:Mon-Fri 3:30p-12aThe world is reading, and Ingram Content Group ("Ingram") connects people with content in all forms.
