Responsibilities
• Control Shrink• Document and track all products weekly• Ensure accurate pricing on all products sold• Meet department standards in the floral department• Observe and correct sales floor and backroom conditions• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing• Work closely with vendors and meet order timelines• Communicate and cooperate with store director, produce management, and other departments• Contribute to department cleanliness and organization• Provide customer service to guests, assist with finding items, take orders, and answer calls
Requirements
• Proficient in floral care and handling• Ability to create and design floral arrangements• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office• Organized, professional, resourceful, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented• Able to make decisions independently based on provided information
