We are seeking enthusiastic individuals fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives. At our company, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional financial support to our customers globally. While fluency in English is required for training and onboarding, there is an opportunity to transition to our Spanish-speaking teams once proficiency in English customer service is achieved. If you enjoy engaging in meaningful conversations over the phone and have a knack for customer service, this opportunity is tailored for YOU.
Location: Covington, KY (Hybrid Remote/On-site Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and provide financial guidance in both English and Spanish.
- Provide top-notch customer service to enhance customer confidence, facilitate decision-making, and help them achieve their financial goals.
- Handle a variety of customer situations and conversations with empathy and professionalism to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to advance within the company and excel in the role.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to build rapport and relationships with customers.

- Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and proficient in standard English grammar.
Shifts and Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with training hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
- Post-training shifts are 8 hours, between 12:00 noon and 8:30pm EST.
