Who We Need We're currently looking for a Financial Analyst II with at least 4 years of experience in financial planning to join our finance team. This position will report to the Manager of Finance and provide our internal customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:
Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills. Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. Naturally inquisitive with a desire to understand, learn, develop and share knowledge The candidate will have the ability to present and analyze complicated business issues in a simplified manner A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major
Role Responsibilities
Perform various analytical reviews relating to revenue and gross margin Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance. Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers. Analyzes, consolidates, and interprets financial data by assigned area Collaborate with peers and management to identify and understand business issues and initiatives Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
