Nashville, TN - In Office Role (37203) Our client is a private equity backed growth company in the transportation industry, looking to add a Finance Manager (the first finance hire other than the CFO) to their team Overview: Position is newly created due to growth and will be the right hand to the CFO The role is going to be helping spearhead projects and manage regular financial analysis responsibilities The position will be very high exposure and have high visibility with the CFO, VP of Ops, VP of Sales, etc. There will be a quick/immediate ability to make an impact Competitive market rate compensation and solid benefits Target Candidate: Applicable bachelor's degree (graduate and certifications a plus)3-5 years of applicable FP&A experience, must have experience working in a private equity backed company Experience in the transportation/logistics industry required A versatile candidate who wants to take ownership, roll up their sleeves, and dig in Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and in-office environment
