Express Lube Technician

Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for Express Lube Technicians to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs needed to help keep our customers' vehicles running efficiently. Through mentorship from management and senior technicians, you will have the opportunity to build upon your current skills and increase your technical knowledge. This role reports to the Service Manager.What We Offer:Compensation starts at $15 per hourCompany culture that promotes professional growth and developmentDealership is closed Sundays!Paid time off and holiday payLow-cost medical, dental and vision insuranceLife insurance and disability coverage401(k) with company contributionsEmployee/family discount on vehicle purchases and serviceEmployee assistance program, volunteer opportunities and more!Core Responsibilities:Perform oil changes and install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filterCheck and replenish other fluid levelsRotate tires and check tire pressure for proper inflationComplete vehicle inspections, notifying the Service Advisor of additional repairs or maintenance neededDesired Qualifications and Experience:Experience performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair workASE certifications or training from a mechanical school is preferredEagerness to learn and strengthen mechanical proficienciesGood time management skillsBasic computer skillsA valid driver's license and a clean driving record are requiredMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenHours and Work EnvironmentOur Service Department is open Monday – Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM.
