Responsibilities
• Provide technical on-site VIP IT support• Manage Tech Deck, fault calls, service requests, and planned changes• Support VOIP telephony, High level AV, VIP Support, Smart-Hands, and Tech Bar• Respond to customer questions and provide preventative maintenance assistance• Resolve problems, work with product authority and external support teams• Support hardware for laptops and mobile phones• Provide face to face IT hardware and software support• Provide end to end user support and guidance• Respond to customer questions and provide data recovery support• Work as part of a team as an established systems/product specialist
Requirements
• Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, Skype for Business, VOIP, and OS configuration• AD administration and hardware repair knowledge• Extensive VIP & Executives level support experience required• Broad background in hardware support for laptops and mobile phones• Excellent client facing experience• Good knowledge of MS Office tools• Experience supporting a variety of technologies and services• Advanced technical abilities including troubleshooting skills• Ability to manage time and resources• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Key Skills Needed
