• One year of experience in workforce engagement marketing and special events• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing or related field• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines• Ability to speak in public and provide direction to staff and volunteers• Knowledge of research skills and data collection• Strong organizational and customer relations skills• Ability to work both individually and as a team member• Availability to work evenings and weekends
