Electrical Wire Shop Technician

We are currently looking to fill a Wire Shop Technician role with a manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK.
The Wire Shop Technician is responsible for hand soldering, and crimping terminals, building cables and wiring
machines/panels. Hours: 6a-4:30p
Pay: $20-$24/hr Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and perform Class 2 soldering skills. Inspect work product for conformance to IPC-A-620 Class 2 standards. Installation of mechanical, and electrical components including the operation of basic and advanced assembly equipment. Some product testing and machine operation. Provide initial counts of bags and labels for orders (take inventory). Location of correct materials from packaging area. Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must have at least 5 years of experience in cable soldering and crimping. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to read and understand electrical prints and schematics. Excellent understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Good written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required. Firm understanding of ISO standards. Quality oriented and Goal driven.
