Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist We are hiring immediately for a Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist in our North Little Rock, AR location. This position will be responsible for scheduling and corresponding with all inbound applicants attending pre-employment evaluation. If your background includes onboarding new employees, clerical/administrative or related experience and excellent customer service skills, please apply!Responsibilities Invite, Schedule, and Confirm drivers for Pre-Employment Evaluation. Schedule hair follicle drug test for applicants, track collection, update applicant with results.Schedule DOT Physicals and/or collect Med Card. Review and ensure nationally registered. Duties Schedule Lifestyles classes for incoming sponsorship students. Remind applicants of upcoming class and track attendance. Communicate with Recruiters, Training Department and Regulatory Department daily on updates regarding the inbound Pre-Employment Class. Utilize ATS System to notate update on each applicant throughout the hiring/scheduling process.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area, e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
