Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Director of Sales to take the lead on all sales efforts for SRC Automotive. The role will support the strategic the planning and execution of all sales strategies and direction for Remanufacturing and OEM manufacturing businesses by identifying new market opportunities, perpetuating and expanding the brand, and delivering results through demonstrated revenue growth and industry exposure and recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct customer contact for contract negotiations and managing the terms
Build new business relationships and increase revenue
Increase market share of SRC Automotive in current verticals and seeks out new customer markets and verticals
Identify growth opportunities working with various site personnel and the appropriate business unit personnel to deliver value to the customer and the organization
Perform market research and analysis
Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
Develop, maintain, and implement plans in support of short and long range objectives which are consistent with Strategic Business Unit guidelines
Understand current and future market trends and customer purchasing strategies
Assist in or produce feasibility studies and business plans for new product development
Lead and collaborate quote review approvals, proposal

preparation/submission

for new contract development

Eligibility:
As an employee-owner, you must have a teammate mentality and strong interpersonal skills. An employee-owner is proactive, upholds commitments and is continually learning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business marketing, or related field
7+ years of outstanding results leading sales organizations. Experience in the

automotive/remanufacturing

industry preferred.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, and prior sales experience with a proven track record of success delivering annual sales results around Revenue, Volume, and Gross Margin targets
