Responsibilities
• Direct large programs and departments to support company-wide initiatives.• Develop and deploy quality systems to ensure product conformance to requirements.• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.• Interact with internal management, customers, and regulators.• Manage adherence to specifications and procedures for product quality.
Requirements
• Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related degree.• 10+ years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry.• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulatory environment and production quality.• Good leadership skills and excellent people, communication, and management skills.• Experience in risk management, tech transfer, validation, analytics, and microbiology/chemistry.• Skills in Quality Management, Staffing, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, etc.
