The Role:
We are currently seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional to assume the role of

Director of Quality Improvement . As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Director will be entrusted with the oversight of the Quality Improvement Department, Corporate Compliance, and Developmental Services and Behavioral Health Regulatory Compliance. Th is position will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization consistently meets and exceeds regulatory, contracting, and accrediting agency standards.
What we're looking for:
Masters' degree in human services related field or management required
Five years relevant clinical/management experience required
QI background with experience in program development
Ability to plan and perform a wide variety of duties related to program administration
Must successfully exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of these duties, while operating within the limits of standard practice
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
Valid driver's license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required
