Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and training during the internship orientation process Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Partner with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the construction or related industry Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite PHR or Senior PHR certification Benefits: Competitive salary 401K after 90-days Health and Supplemental Benefits after 90-days Professional development opportunities and room for growth within the company How to Apply: If you are a passionate HR professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter to or give us a call at .
