Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet clients• Maintain appearance of reception and common areas• Monitor office email and send emails to associates/office staff• Coordinate schedule and create monthly calendars for office classes and events• Produce office flyers, posters, etc.• Maintain various databases• Manage operating condition of office equipment• Order office supplies• Receive and sort mail and deliveries• Assist management team with ad hoc assignments/reports and other general support
Requirements
• High school graduate• Phone skills and experience• People skills and experience• Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude• Team player• Computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Publisher, and general computer troubleshooting• Real estate industry experience a plus!
