Avnet, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer to work from home in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.2. Effectively communicate technical information and troubleshoot product-related problems.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers.2. Strong adaptability to respond to changing customer needs and market conditions.3. Excellent persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive sales.4. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or technology-related field.5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.7. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
