Job Description:

Avnet, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer to work from home in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.2. Effectively communicate technical information and troubleshoot product-related problems.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
