We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Representative to join our team at Hilton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions- Help customers navigate our services and offerings to maximize their experience- Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis to drive continuous improvement- Provide support to the Customer Success team as needed
