Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager at Danaher in San Jose, California, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role is part-time, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires at least 8 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to onboard and support customers, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Lead customer success meetings and reviews to update stakeholders on progress and results- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively- Conduct regular research and market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- Previous experience in customer success or account management roles- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Dedicated and motivated personality traits- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders- Proficiency in researching and analyzing data- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
