Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with a driven and independent personality, with strong soft skills in time management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions- Onboard new customers, provide training and support, and follow up to ensure satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Monitor customer usage and proactively reach out to address any potential issues or opportunities for improvement- Assist with customer feedback and product improvement suggestions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
