If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for our open positions and become a part of our team. We are currently seeking an extraordinaryCustomer Service Representative (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday)to workON-SITEat our facility inCharlotte, NC.  This isnota hybrid or remote position.Your RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you are detailed-oriented at order entry accuracy while coordinating effective communication between the Customer, Key Account Manager and Manufacturing. You have a passion for providing responsive service to address customer concerns, answer questions, and assist them with their needs, while maintaining a strong sense for quality and continuous improvement to our customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Process and follow up on Sales OrdersBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accountsSchedule, plan and manage meetings as requiredHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with proper follow up to ensure resolution/customer satisfactionProvide data and prepare reports as required Learn and use acquired knowledge of products and services to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate departmentDevelop a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customersSupport the Quality Program processAdditional duties as assigned by managementYour ProfileDesired skills and experience we are looking for:Associates DegreeMinimum 3 years customer service experiencePrevious work experience with manufacturing, specific to pharmaceutical preferredFamiliarity with CRM practices and systemsIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Key Skills and Attributes:Customer-centric with a proven ability to provide high-quality serviceMust demonstrate good judgment with the ability to make quick, sound decisionsThe ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and situationsExcellent communication skills including active listeningMust possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectivelyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOur OfferWe offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
