Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nuro in Austin, Texas. As a fast-growing company revolutionizing the way goods are transported, we are looking for a dynamic individual who is resilient, hardworking, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support at all times.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and coaching- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement- Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to address customer needs and concerns- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service- Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Solid understanding of customer relationship management software- Resilient and hardworking attitude- Strong cooperation and analysis skills
