Job Description:

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and after-sales support.3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a diplomatic and efficient manner.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely fashion.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.9. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Persuasion skills to resolve customer issues effectively- Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide solutions- Passion for providing excellent customer service- No prior experience required; training will be provided
