Customer Order Management Coordinator
Direct Hire Onsite: hybrid schedule, Norwood, MA 02062 Must Haves:1+ years' experience with order management or data entryManufacturing experienceAssociates' degree (ideally in business management, HR, admin)Preferred:Epicor and/or Freshdesk experienceCustomer service experienceJob Summary/Description: a growing bio-technology organization is looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their experienced team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review new customer orders, ensure all necessary information has been provided and address any concerns with the orderEnter order in the Epicor ERP systemProvided back-up to the Customer Service team where necessary, which may include following up with customers, answering phones, addressing emails
