Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to customers- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant customer information- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong cooperation and persuasion skills to build positive relationships with customers- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
