Required Experience and Qualities for a Customer Acquisition Associate:
A 4-year degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.
1 year of entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is desirable.
A self-starting attitude and strong work ethic are valued over natural aptitude.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse clients and consumers as a Marketing and Sales Assistant.
