Custom Home Construction Purchasing/Estimating Specialist

Client: Reputable Custom Residential Homebuilder Overview: We are seeking a Purchasing/Estimating Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on estimating, assisting the production team with verifying contract amounts, working closely with the controller, and managing purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience and a strong understanding of the construction process. This position offers an opportunity to work in a high-end custom home environment, with a mix of renovation and ground-up projects.
