The Material Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity…assisting in the goal of "right material, in the right place, at the right time". Position Key Accountabilities: Monitor and control inventory integrity Coordinate with the Materials Manager to create and maintain a target list of essential materials and a regular schedule of counts Conduct pre-build and post-build counts for fleet runs Run daily ABC count sheets and conduct counts Make count adjustments within Syteline Identify the root cause and corrective action for inventory variances Review the on-hand negative report to identify inaccurate routings Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner Other duties as required Qualifications: Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory Must be computer literate Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping accurate data General understanding of bulk issue versus backflush Maintain a positive attitude

Work with IT to understand current state buying practices. Develop a transition plan to relieve IT of buying responsibility Identify and prioritize potential savings strategies within the IT spend Create a list of service contract obligations, obtain copies of master agreements, establish and communicate renewal dates (IT, Safety, Maintenance, HR, etc.) Track and record all cost improvement initiatives Improvement and Innovation
