Corporate Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to join our growing legal team! The successful candidate will be a resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and excellent at building strong relationships. This position will report to the Head of Corporate Legal. Responsibilities: Support all aspects of Reddit's securities, corporate governance, equity administration, and M&A functions and work collaboratively with other members of the legal team and cross-functional partnersMaintain corporate minute books and corporate records databaseOrganize and support periodic reporting (e.g. 10-Qs, 10-Ks) and Section 16 reportingLiaise with cross-functional partners to support corporate legal needs relating to Reddit's international expansion Manage domestic and international corporate filings for Reddit and its subsidiaries  Complete legal due diligence for M&A transactions support deal closingDevise and implement legal processes to enable both legal and business functions to operate effectively Required Qualifications:5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including securities and corporate governance experienceAble to take initiative and manage projects independentlyCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills  Adaptable mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to pivot as needed to support the businessExcellent attention to detail and focus on process improvementExcellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills  Preferred QualificationsExperience in-houseExperience at a technology company  Experience with periodic reporting and Section 16 reporting M&A due diligence experienceEquity administration experienceBenefits:Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits401k MatchingWorkspace benefits for your home officePersonal & Professional development fundsFamily Planning SupportFlexible Vacation (please use them!) & Reddit Global Wellness Days4+ months paid Parental LeavePaid Volunteer time off
