The Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) oversees and operates Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program), Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), and other state public health programs for qualified Coloradans. Our mission is to improve health care equity, access and outcomes for the people we serve while saving Coloradans money on health care and driving value for Colorado. This is a temporary position that will be 9 months or less depending on the business need. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The Policy, Communications, and Administration (PCA) Office at HCPF welcomes your interest in the temporary position within the Partner Relations Division.Responsibilities in this position, which will be completed under supervision, include: Receives tickets from complaints and escalations into Salesforce and initiates the resolution process with eligibility sites, as dictated by HCPF Operational Memos and internal Standard Operating Procedures.Contact person for eligibility site escalation contacts, applicants, and members providing person-centered customer service as they navigate the state complaint process, and is responsible for ensuring the complaint is both resolved and contact is made with the individual who submitted the complaint or escalation. Uses the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) to research root causes of complaints and escalations and to provide direction to eligibility sites on the proper resolution of those complaints.Ensures that, through the resolution of complaints and escalation, auxiliary aids and services are provided to those submitting complaints, if necessary.Identifies business process problems during complaints and escalations resolution; makes recommendations to the County Administration Compliance team for potential improvementsUpdates relevant escalation contact information, through the Department's existing contact listsPulls and distributes general Salesforce data and reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, to both Department leadership and eligibility sitesTeam lead in team use of Salesforce tracking system for complaints and escalations resolution.As directed, informs Leadership and other teams at HCPF on progress of Complaints and Escalation Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Dashboards through standardized reporting from Salesforce.Accesses daily, weekly and monthly reports on county timeliness for meeting SLAs relating to complaints and escalations.Works with Compliance team to hold eligibility sites accountable for complaints and escalations SLAs not met, through existing processes such as Desk Reviews and Management Decision Letters.
