Job Description:

As a Contact Center Officer at Marriott International in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and clients who reach out to the contact center for assistance. Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Assist guests with booking reservations, handling cancellations, and making changes to existing bookings- Provide support for Marriott loyalty program members and assist with any program-related inquiries- Utilize various computer systems and software to access information and update guest profiles- Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using computer systems and software- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays- Resilient attitude and willingness to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy- Decision-making skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions
