Job Description:
Republic Services, a leading waste management company in San Francisco, California, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding waste management services- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement- Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
