Job Description AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to be based in Denver, CO .
In this role you will be responsible for:
Evaluates, monitors, and manages project utilities contracts.
Coordinates the planning and construction of public utilities.
Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate field inspectors and project stakeholders.
Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Develops, modifies, executes company polices that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.
Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Driving is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of related experience and 2 years of Leadership experience
Colorado Professional Engineer (PE)
Public utilities construction experience
Public utilities coordination experience
Local agency experience
Intermittent work from a field office may by required.
Additional Information Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.
