Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager OR Estimator in Commercial Construction• Experience with a Commercial General Contractor• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or Plexxis Software• Design/Build experience is a plus• Solid background in diverse commercial projects• Strong leadership and management skills• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Key Skills Needed
• On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid Proficiency (OnCenter Software) And/Or Plexxis Software• Leadership and management skills• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities• Problem-solving and decision-making skills• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
