As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be instrumental in connecting our company with local communities, building relationships, and promoting our brand through various outreach initiatives. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse audiences and make a difference.
Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between our company and the community by attending local events, meetings, and gatherings to establish relationships and promote our services. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and influencers to expand our reach and increase brand visibility. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events, including setting up booths, distributing promotional materials, and interacting with attendees. Deliver engaging presentations and speeches at community events to inform the public about our company's mission, values, and services. Develop and implement outreach campaigns to target specific demographics and communities, utilizing traditional marketing channels. Gather feedback from community members to identify their needs, preferences, and concerns, and communicate this information to relevant teams within the company. Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach efforts, compile reports on key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Enthusiasm for community engagement and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
