Responsibilities
• Ensure center is ready before opening• Assist customers with WiFi codes, package tracking, directions, and setup• Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy• Sort mail and notify customers of packages• Assist customers with printing and service requests• Collaborate with Community Manager for events and marketing• Wrap up meetings and maintain clean workspace
Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Problem-solving and adaptability• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment• Legally eligible to work in the Country and at least 18 years old
