You will receive a majority ofinbound callsfrom both existing and new customers/agents searching for a Liberty Mutual commercial insurance policy.Our focus is not only on sales but also on providing outstanding client service. As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will gather information to provide informed tailored insurance proposals based on the caller's unique needs.The Commercial Inside Sales Representative position is ideal for applicants with insurance experience or service / sales professionals without experience looking to enter the insurance industry.Compensation:$58,000-$65,000 first year$45,000 base salary + uncapped monthly sales incentive.Comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including health and dental insurance, 401K, company paid pension, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements to help you keep balance in your personal and professional life.Schedule:Unlicensed training beginsJuly 29th, 2024& licensed training beginsAugust 12th, 2024.We provide comprehensive training for new hires, offering paid training of either 6 weeks licensed or 8 weeks for those seeking to obtain aProperty and Casualtyproducer license. During training, the hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm (PST) or 9am-5:30pm (CST). Your initial shift post training will fall within operating hours and will be assigned based on performance and overall business needs.?Licensed Sales Center operating hours:Monday- Saturday 5:00am to 5:00pm (PST)Monday- Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm (CST)QualificationsHighly effective verbal and written communication, persuasion and negotiation skillsEffective time management and ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelinesDemonstrated ability to navigate numerous computerized data entry system or other relevant applications simultaneously while advising customers as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent business background plus a minimum of 1-3 years of insurance or sales/service related work experienceMust maintain valid Resident and Nonresident P&C licenses in all 50 states and continuing education as outlined by the resident insurance licenseAbout Us**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**At Liberty Mutual, our purpose is to help people embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
