Lead and direct team in regard to work instructions and moulding process.Get outside department contacts involved when necessary (quality, maintenance, warehouse, safety, etc.)Point of contact in department when Supervisor is unavailable. Report any findings, issues, observations to the Supervisor. Support system for employees Apply serial number to mould before gel coat spraying. Collect all traceability forms from materials used. Complete Inspections Lists for completion of mould.Combine all mould paperwork from upwind, downwind, and quality.
