Job Description:
Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency- Assist clients with product information, orders, and returns- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Participate in training, workshops, and team meetings as required
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools- Presentation and analysis skills are a plus- Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates- Paid sick leave and dental insurance benefits provided
