Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team at Walt Disney in San Diego, California. This is a remote work position, perfect for someone who is driven and eager to take on new challenges. As an Entry Level Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate- Collaborate with team members to problem solve and address any client issues that arise- Use data to analyze client needs and preferences, and make recommendations for improvements- Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are being met efficiently and effectively- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information and services

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Energetic and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service- Ability to problem solve and think critically in high-pressure situations- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required
