Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Motorola Solutions is seeking a passionate and driven Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and based in Seattle, Washington, US.

Responsibilities:- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow and maintain client relationships- Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services to existing clients- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall client experience- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity in the CRM system- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships- Highly driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client problems- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
