Excellent communication skills are essential. Prior auto sales and Toyota knowledge and experience a plus, but not required. In this role, you will need to:Serve as a brand enthusiast for Toyota and Bristol Toyota's reputation for customer careBecome an expert in Toyota, as well as achieve University of Toyota Certification(we will help with this!)Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future of the automotive industryYou should have/be:Enthusiasm and passion for cars, especially the Toyota brandStrong communication skills (Spanish and Portuguese BIG PLUS)Appreciation for outstanding customer serviceThe ability to work with others to advance the vision of the dealershipHighly self-motivated with energy, passion, and enthusiasmPatient, honest, humble, and hardworkingStrong Multi-Tasking Skills a MustComposure under stressAn all-around nice person.Job Type: Full-timeMust have Saturday and evening availability
