SummaryWe here at Morgan & Morgan are looking for a Case Manager in Training.This role will work as a floater in our office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following.ResponsibilitiesMake initial call to client after signing to obtain relevant information to open their fileAccept inbound calls and place outbound calls to clients as neededRequest coverage follow up to the coverage teamTransfer case to Case Manager's once file openedCreate new files and enter pertinent information into case management softwareEnter new roles in the systemRequest police reportsMail Hipaa form to the clients.Email client welcome packet to the client or mail if no email on fileDocument all activity in the systemAdd all insurance information and police report numbers into the fileRequest all documents from the client needed for their fileUpload necessary documents to the client's fileQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is required; college preferredAbility to communicate effectively with clientsUsed to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple prioritiesExcellent oral communication with an outgoing personalityAble to multitask and learn quicklyMust thrive in a team environmentReliable and dependableExcellent comprehension and critical-thinking skillsAbility to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications#LI-KL1
