Personal Care: Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Medication Management: Administering medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules, as well as keeping track of medication refills and ensuring compliance with medication regimens. Mobility Assistance: Providing support with walking, transferring between bed and chair, using mobility aids such as walkers or wheelchairs, and preventing falls. Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences, as well as ensuring adequate hydration.
